After a long career in staff management and development, I decided that I would like to find another way to help people grow. I am now a counsellor trained in the Person-Centred Approach. I believe that each person has within themselves the resources to find the answers to their problems and my role is to help you do that.
I have worked with clients on many issues including bereavement and loss, anxiety and depression, low self esteem, relationship difficulties, child abuse and domestic violence and I am willing to work with whatever you bring. I offer a quiet and comfortable place, away from distractions, to reflect and concentrate on you and your issues.
I am a fully insured registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and abide by their Code of Ethics and Good Practice for your safety and protection.
Above all I am a mature, thoughtful, caring and respectful individual with a lot of life experience to draw on and a desire to help others who wish to get more out of life
